In response to the “Stand With Israel” March in Washington, D.C. IfNotNow National Spokesperson Eva Borgwardt released the following statement:

“Democratic leaders like Sen. Schumer and Rep. Jeffries should be ashamed of attending today's pro-war rally in DC, where they are scheduled to share a stage with noted far-right extremists and antisemites like Pastor John Hagee. Hagee founded Christian United For Israel (CUFI), the largest pro-Israel organization in the United States, and has long been a fixture at gatherings of far-right pro-Israel organizations like AIPAC despite trafficking in antisemitic conspiracy theories. Hagee has blamed Jews for the Holocaust, which he has suggested had a positive impact because it pushed Jews to move to Israel in order to bring about the rapture.”
