In response to reports that President Biden is considering conditioning military funding to Israel if it invades Rafah, IfNotNow national spokesperson Eva Borgwardt released the following statement:

“If President Biden means what he says about protecting civilians in Gaza, he will condition or halt weapons funding before the invasion of Rafah, not after. If it doesn’t stop the invasion, it’s not a red line.”
