We’re Hiring!

IfNotNow is building a multiracial, multiethnic, cross-class movement of American Jews organizing our community to end US support for Israel’s apartheid system and call for equality, justice, and a thriving future for all Palestinians and Israelis. We are fighting for a vision of collective liberation: where Jewish safety does not come at the expense of others, but is intertwined with the liberation of all people.

We organize in the tradition of mass social movements, where ordinary people have the capacity to build power and drive change. We believe that the only way we will win is through volunteer power: when everyday people feel empowered to take initiative and  exercise collective ownership over our movement. The role of IfNotNow staff is to support members by providing continuity for the work and devoting large portions of time to essential movement functions.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Campaign Director

The Campaign Director is responsible for the campaign arc through December 2028 that builds Jewish communal support for blocking US weapons to Israel, and translates Jewish communal organizing into political power. The ideal candidate has a deep stake in our issue area, knowledge of both the progressive Jewish and Palestinian freedom movement ecosystems, and has experience in electoral and/or advocacy campaigning. The Campaign Director is a key member of IfNotNow’s Leadership Team and will lead strategic planning and the day-to-day coordination of IfNotNow’s strategic work, with a focus on long-term power building within the multiracial Jewish community.
